Low Cal Wrap of choice (I like Tomato Basil)
1/4 Cup Oil Free Humus *
1/4 Cup Quinoa Tabbouleh *
1-2 Handfulls of Spinach & Arugula
Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Nutritional Yeast (or) Cheese of choice
Seasonings of Choice
Lay down wrap & spread out hummus in an even layer.
Place down your Spinach & Arugula
Top with Quinoa Tabbouleh
Drizzle on Aged Balsamic Vinegar & top with seasonings of your choice
Finally, roll it up & Enjoy!
