Fresh Summer Wrap


Ingredients:

  • Low Cal Wrap of choice (I like Tomato Basil)

  • 1/4 Cup Oil Free Humus *

  • 1/4 Cup Quinoa Tabbouleh *

  • 1-2 Handfulls of Spinach & Arugula

  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar

  • Nutritional Yeast (or) Cheese of choice

  • Seasonings of Choice


Instructions:

  • Lay down wrap & spread out hummus in an even layer.

  • Place down your Spinach & Arugula

  • Top with Quinoa Tabbouleh

  • Drizzle on Aged Balsamic Vinegar & top with seasonings of your choice

  • Finally, roll it up & Enjoy!
